One of this season look is the combined trend of safari and military to create utility chic. And I have been following this look for some time now as well checking out what’s out there for us tall ladies. Below, I have created one of the many looks of safari-tary by using a slim fitted cargo pants, a military inspired loose vest  and military studs jacket which is a perfect combination to the utility chic.

I love the idea of wearing  bronze, animal print sandals with this look, though if you are a high heel girl, you can equally wear the trend with high heels too. One of my favourite sandals would be the ‘MISSY’ leopard print sandals from Katie Long Shoes.

There’s always a place for chic nightwear in our wardrobe, especially something as pretty as the ones listed below. Though I have to admit that you don’t have the same selection in terms of designs, colours as you would when buying for the average height women. The only two stores that seems to have done a good job so far are Long Tall Sally and Next, still with limited style.

Punk rock influences are so evident this season in the form of  studs, zippers, skinny trousers, leggings, leather jackets and more. So if you like the rocker look, Top Shop was the only place that I discovered studded leather for tall women. I know not many would like the cream colour. but I regret to inform that it’s the only colour available at the moment.
