Tall Women Asked? What To Wear In Place Of Suits For The Summer………

I hope that by reading the title of this article, you don’t all of a sudden ask the question “which summer”? For most of us living in the UK, we seen to be experiencing up to three different types of season in one day. That aside, summer season as always comes with its own rule of lightweight dressing and if at all you need to keep yourself warm then a layer of cardigan might be all that you need.

For women who still prefer wearing trousers, the secret to dressing comfortably in the summer for the office would be to go for lightweight, breathable pieces of clothing. I have created 3 looks below using cigarette trouser made of cotton, wool blend tapered trouser and khaki pant. I started by adding a pretty summer blouse which can either be worn by itself or with a belt.

With the blouse, you also can layer a lightweight cardigan or summer blazer over your blouse to change  the look. You can always remove the outer layer when you head outside for lunch or commuting to work.

What To Wear With Tall Black Wide Leg Trouser

I don’t have anything against  leggings nor skinny jeans, but where professional look or appearance is concerned you need something sophisticated and stylish at the same time. There enters the wide leg trouser in black which can be worn with visual interest tops like floral or colourful tops or with a white shirt for a conservative look.

The first look is a vertical red top with a black wide leg trouser both from topshop. It can work as a casual look or a dress down for the office.

Not entirely sure how I feel about this trend of print trousers, although on one hand it’s an alternative for the black and grey wool trousers we are all accustomed to during last season. They remind me of something I would have worn during elementary and secondary school days.  I am really looking forward to see what other retailers brings as the weather gets warmer.

One style advice that I would give would be to wear print trouser with neutral or plain colour tops or blouses, in as much as we all like to mix and match.
