Menswear inspired vests were so evident in the Spring /Summer 2010 runways such as the Dolce & Gabbana and Ralph Lauren. So far, Long Tall Sally is the only place that I have come across with menswear vest for tall women.

The menswear vest can be worn over a feminine blouse or tank top paired with slim or skinny pants and trousers. It can also be worn bare with a skirt or paired with a pencil skirt. One good thing with this item of clothing is that you can add your own personal touch to the look.

Why not dazzle on the dance floor this Christmas with Top Shop sequins mini skirt. Sequins skirts can be paired with a casual t shirt or tank top for a casual look, with the option of adding tall boots or ankle boots or heel to finish off the look.

Alternatively, for a edgy glam look, you can add biker jacket.

For a punk look, you could go for a graphic t shirt with studded ankle booties.

One could also experiment with fitted cardigan for a ladylike look. There I have gone for classic look, by pairing the sequins skirts with a slim fitted black shirt.
